We are meeting at this time to allow us to meet outdoors behind the clubhouse before the sun goes down. We will maintain physical distancing and wear masks to promote safety for all our neighbors. We invite any and all neighbors to join us for this board meeting to share insights and ideas.
Hello, Neighbors!
Hoping you are all healthy, happy, and staying safe. With the new normal of COVID in place, we wanted to thank you all for your patience and understanding.
As the MIA Board, we are always open to and appreciate any community input. We urge you to get involved with our amazing neighborhood. We have a Facilities/Improvement Committee that is always welcoming new members. If you happen to have a committee or neighborhood event idea, please let us know.
At our last Board Meeting, we discussed our finances as well as the future of the facilities, pool repairs, and updates needed. More in-depth information can be found on our website under the Board Meeting Minutes tab.
Our pool and lap swim will remain open throughout the month of October, with limited hours. We are hoping that we will be allowed to open the clubhouse for rentals very soon. We will advise the community as soon as we are able.
We have completed the required Reserve Study and are waiting for the final report from the Reserve Study Company.
Our next meeting is to-be-determined. We will post the date as soon as possible and we invite all our neighbors to join us. (It will be held outside, physically-distanced, with masks, of course; we want to keep everyone safe.) We would love to meet and talk to those we have yet to have the pleasure.

There will be an MIA Board meeting this coming Tuesday, September 8, at 6:00 pm. We will hold it outside on the lawn behind the clubhouse. We’ll have chairs set up at a safe distance. The side gate will be open for access to the lawn.
