This is the ADOPTED COMMUNITY HANDBOOK drafted by the Association’s legal representation. It is a set of rules and guidelines that incorporate existing CC&Rs with updated language to reflect changes in State and Local laws that are in conflict with our CC&Rs, and address updates and changes to the facility and community.
