Neighborhood Parade
PARADE START TIME 11:00AM
Floats compete for a prestigious paper certificate for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Come out and cheer on your neighbors and friends! The parade starts at 11:00 am from the Montevideo clubhouse.
Bring the spirit of America to life by showcasing a historic moment, an American invention, or an iconic
era that helped shape our country.
Fill out the form to be in the parade.
We encourage anyone to sign up, not just neighborhood streets; bikes, pets , families, you name it,
you’re welcome to join the parade fun!

Clubhouse BBQ & Picnic
Join us at 12:00pm in the clubhouse for a neighborhood BBQ (open to MIA members & guests only).  Burgers, hotdogs, chips, and soda are sold online for pre-order. Dessert and healthy snacks are sold by the Montevideo Piranhas swim team.
Winners of the parade float competition and 5K race are announced at 1:30 pm.
The pool is open from 12 -5 pm and the pool games will start at 2 pm.

Halloween
Montevideo hosts Tent or Treat every October! Bring the family down to the clubhouse lawn in costume, check out the neighborhood tents decorated for Halloween, and do a little early trick-or-treating.
Would you like to be a part of MIA’s Tent or Treat community event? Sign up to decorate a tent and hand out candy!
We host Tent or Treat every October the weekend before Halloween.Â
Diwali
Join us at the Montevideo Clubhouse for our Beautiful Annual Diwali Celebration. The volunteer committee has been working hard to make this an event you don’t want to miss. Purchase your tickets in advance!

Monte the Gathering
Join your neighbors on the first Thursday of every month to play Magic: the Gathering at the clubhouse!

Anyone interested in learning the game is welcome!

The event is hosted from 7pm to 10pm.
Mahjong
Join your neighbors every Tuesday to play American Mahjong. A great way to sharpen your mind. Whether you’re brand new, just need a refresher or a seasoned player, all are welcome.
The event is hosted from 5pm to 8pm.
Pickleball tournament
Join us for the Neighborhood’s inaugural Pickleball Competition! Each team must include at least one Montevideo resident. Preliminary rounds will be held the week prior, contingent on registration numbers.Â
All levels and ages are welcome, come to play, come to enjoy some fun times with fellow neighborhood picklers.
