Rentals & Reservations

The Montevideo Clubhouse and the Kiddie Pool BBQ Area are both available as rentals. Reserve a space for your next birthday party, event, or celebration!

Clubhouse Rental

The clubhouse is available to rent to MIA homeowners who have fully paid their dues. Homeowners may rent the clubhouse up to 8 times a year. Homeowners who rent their MIA property may pass this privilege onto their renters.

● Clubhouse rental rate $225.00

● Refundable security deposit $500.00*

*Cleanup is the sole responsibility of the homeowner renting the clubhouse.
*Noise Restriction Violation may result in forfeit of the security deposit.

Please contact for the rental contract and to verify if your date is available to rent either the clubhouse or pool. The rental is not secured until the signed contract has been received with the rental fee and deposits.

Kiddie Pool and BBQ Area Rental

To check for availability, submit a request to the pool mangers with your name address and date.

BBQ rental rate $75.00

The covered area located beside the baby pool is available for rental (up to 30 guests). The rental includes exclusive use of the tables under the pergola and the BBQs. Please note that all pool guests can still use the baby pool during a rental. To request the BBQ Area, choose available dates and fill out the form.

BBQ Area Rules: The BBQ Area is available from 2PM to 7PM.

● No more than 30 attendees allowed in the area at any time.

● No open invitation parties allowed. All attendees must be invited.

● Rental of the BBQ Area is exclusively made to an MIA adult member in good-standing (over age 21).

● Other visitors to the pool may use the Kiddie Pool during the rental period

● All guests must follow all the rules and regulations of the main pool and surrounding area.

● No Pets allowed.

● Lifeguards and the Pool Manager have the authority to enforce any rule and can require the removal of any person not following posted rules or rules posted at the entrance to the swimming pool.

● Fee is due upon making reservation with Pool Manger, and is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to Rental Date.

Your Request is not confirmed until the Clubhouse Manager has received and accepted the following:

● Signed agreement for BBQ Area

● $75 payment (Payment instructions will be emailed with a copy of your request)

● $150 deposit

Only members in good standing will be allowed to rent the BBQ Area. All renters must abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement. Violation of the time restriction, noise restrictions, damage to the facility, equipment, or grounds or failure to clean the facility are grounds to forfeit the security deposit.
