Sports & Clubhouse Lawn
After signing the Release of Liability and Acknowledgement of the Rules, and with an issued a key fob, residents may access the Clubhouse Lawn and Pickleball/Sport Court during scheduled hours.
To access the area, use your fob at the side gate next to the clubhouse. Place your fob at the center of the keypad and wait for a click.
Rules & Reminders
- You can have a maximum of 4 non resident guests at any time.
- No one under 18 is allowed in without an adult parent or guardian.
- For your safety and the security of the facility the area is recorded by security camera
- MIA does not provide paddles or balls.
- Please pick up any trash, and check the surroundings that they are the same as when you left them.
Schedule
Unless the facility is rented for a private event, residents may use the pickleball court on a first come-first serve basis.
- Daily 8am – 8pm
- Be mindful that Monday mornings the gardeners will be there
- The facilities will be closed if rented!
