Key Fob

Key fobs are issued by the Montevideo Improvement Association to the residents of Montevideo in good standing.

A Resident may have one key fob per address. Residents who are either homeowners or renters must fill out the two forms and return them to the clubhouse mail slot. Notify the board when you have dropped off the two forms, the board will reach out and let you know when you can pick up your fob.

Renters must obtain permission from the homeowner on record to be issued a key fob. Homeowners who do not reside in Montevideo and release facilities access to their renter will not receive a key fob. Return this form to the clubhouse for access.
