Membership

Homeowners in the Montevideo neighborhood, as a condition of purchasing their home, are automatically members of the Montevideo Improvement Associations (MIA) and must pay annual dues to be in good-standing. A good-standing MIA membership allows residents of Montevideo neighborhood to use the swimming pool during designated times, rent the clubhouse for a fee, and access to other events, activities and amenities.

Members in good-standing may bring a maximum of 10 guests to the swimming pool. The cost is $2 per guest and is due upon entering.

Non-Residents

At this time, Montevideo Improvement Association is a private non-profit association, and does not offer “associate” or non-resident memberships. Non-residents 18 and under may join the Piranhas Swim Team and participate in swim practice and other swim-team events as authorized by the the MIA Board of Directors.

Key Fob

Key fobs are issued by the Montevideo Improvement Association to the residents of Montevideo in good standing.
