Many of our streets are undergoing street resurfacing now or in the next few days. To assist with parking issues, we are opening the swimming pool parking to impacted residents during the day 7am to 8pm to relocate a car this week until Friday April 11, 2025. It is not recommended to leave your car overnight in the lot due to risk of theft or vandalism. Do not leave any valuables in the cars at any time. The association has towing enforcement for cars left for extended periods of time.
Saturday, the clubhouse is booked for an event and will need the additional parking in the lot for attendees.
Beginning Monday, April 14th, the pool construction company will resume work on the pool and need all the available slots for their equipment. Hopefully, resurfacing will be completed on some of the streets.
