The contractor has been busy removing the old deck and plaster.
Power has been restored to the gate system and it is back online. Your fob should work at the clubhouse side gate to get to the pickleball court. If you don’t have a fob yet, you can fill out the 2 forms on the legal documents page and drop them in the clubhouse mail slot and we will make arrangements to drop off your fob.
Please do not enter through the pool gate if you see that it is open. The workers are using heavy machinery and loud jackhammers so it may be difficult to hear or see you. And there is debris, broken concrete, rebar, broken metal bits of conduit and other stuff that can hurt you.
