The Pool is open to residents on Saturday, Sunday and Monday May 23-25 2026. There is currently no weekday access, Monday-Friday due to ongoing landscaping work, pool maintenance, and Montevideo Piranhas Swim Practice. Weekday access will begin after June 8.
The picknick area will get a makeover this weekend, no access to the kiddie pool on Saturday and limited access on Sunday.
No Lifeguard on Duty – 10AM – 2PM
- No one under the age of 18 allowed without supervision of an Adult Parent or Guardian
- No ACCESS to Kiddie pool due to Paint activity (Saturday and Sunday)
- Only Residents in Good Standing AND with key fobs allowed
- No Pets
- Maximum of 4 non-resident guests
- $2 per guest
- No Parties
- Resident must remain on site with guests
- Do not prop open door
- Be safe and respectful of your neighbors and the shared community resource
- Violations of any rules here or in the signed agreements may result in loss of swimming pool, sport court or clubhouse privileges
- Video surveillance in effect 24/7
