The pool remodel and deck replacement project work resumed today after the storms we had.
Today, the contractor began removing a section of deck and along with it some rusted electrical conduit. Unfortunately, the conduit serviced the gate entry/key fob system. Until we restore power to the gate system, key fobs will not work on any gate.
Having the pickleball and lawn area available is very important, so we will work to resolve the key fob issue as soon as possible. Please do not enter through the swimming pool entrance to get to the upper lawn and pickleball court due to construction hazards, your safety and the safety of the workers is of paramount importance.
