The vendor that manages the key fob access system to the clubhouse lawn and pool is set to substantially increase prices from about $139 per month to $800 per month. The price increase has been initially set for December 1, but the vendor has not sent an official confirmation. At the last member meeting we discussed options and are looking to switch vendors or move to a license-free solution that does not require a subscription. As a result, we will likely be cancelling the current subscription which may cause interruption of clubhouse access during December and January. Once the board has more information, we will let you know and work on solutions to provide continued access to the pickleball court and lawn area.
