REMINDER: Neighborhood Watch Meeting 3/14 at 7PM

The San Jose Police Department Crime Prevention Unit invites you to join your neighbors for this important meeting with police representatives and learn:

  About recent crimes in your area
  How to work together to prevent crime
  How to recognize and report suspicous activity
  And much more….

DATE: Tuesday March 14, 2023
TIME: 7:00 PM-8:30 PM
HOST: Montevideo Improvement Association
LOCATION: Club House/1585 Monteval Lane

Only persons in attendance for the entire meeting will receive a neighborhood watch sign and other materials.
Only adult members of your household should attend. This is an official police presentation and alcohol consumption is inappropriate.

Dues Payment Reminder

Hello Montevideo neighbors.

Just a friendly reminder that the 2023 annual HOA dues were due on Jan 1 and are considered late if received after Jan 31. 

You may drop off your payment to the clubhouse mailslot. Or you can visit Heritage Bank Online Bill Pay

To sign up you will need the following information:

Guadalupe Elementary TK & Kindergarten Registration Coming up

Hello Montevideo neighbors with little ones heading into Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten in the Fall. Guadalupe Elementary is seeing a big demand in upcoming TK & Kinder students wanting to attend. Guadalupe Principal, Daisy Barocio, is urging anyone who lives in the boundaries of Guadalupe (which includes all of Montevideo) and would like their child to be able to attend in the Fall, to start the registration process as soon as possible. If you hadn’t heard, Guadalupe Elementary is a 2023 California Distinguished School Program Award Winner. The success of the school is due to the hard work of the community, the teachers and staff, and the students.

If your student is already attending Guadalupe, you don’t need to re-register, this is just for students entering TK or Kindergarten for the first time at Guadalupe.
