All residents should have received a $980 invoice for the annual dues sent by email or by mail if you requested to receive it that way. Payments may take a week or so to process if you recently paid by check or through Heritage Bank. Payment is due January 1 and considered late if received after January 31.
You can drop your check off in the clubhouse mailslot, or you can follow the instructions on the invoice to set up monthly or quarterly payments.
If you did not receive your invoice, please reach out to the Board ASAP to avoid late fees.
