Key fobs are issued by the Montevideo Improvement Association to the residents of Montevideo in good standing.
Resident may have one key fob per address.
Residents who are either homeowners or renters must fill out the two forms and return them to the clubhouse mail slot. They will be notified when they can pick up their fob.

Renters must obtain permission from the homeowner on record to be issued a key fob. Homeowners who do not reside in Montevideo and release facilities access to their renter will not receive a key fob. Return this form to the to the clubhouse.
