The first key fobs ready for distribution on February 6th between 6:30PM and 7PM, before the Member Meeting.
This is just the first pickup session where we have 40 fobs to give out. We will release more pickup dates as we approach opening of the Pickleball/Sport Court and Swimming Pool access.
Each household will get one fob. The household must be in good standing, meaning dues are paid (ok if first payment made on payment plan) and no adverse actions against homeowner due to failure to follow guidelines or rules set out in the CC&Rs and the upcoming Community Handbook. The fobs may not be lent out to non-Montevideo residents. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult resident when there are no lifeguards present. Unaccompanied children’s use of the fobs under the age of 18 will result in immediate suspension of access to the facility for the household, including swim privileges.
In order to get your fob on Feb 6th:
- Sign up for a slot on Feb 6th.
- We will send you a link to download the release of liability that includes guidelines for accessing the facility.
- Print and Sign the forms. We will need hard copies.
