2024 Annual Dues Invoices and How to Pay

You should have received your Annual HOA Assessment Invoice by email with the year-end financial statements and documents.

If the association does not have your email on file, you should receive a packet in the mail in a few days. If you don’t receive either, please contact the board.

The MIA HOA uses Quickbooks to manage the invoicing at this time. We use Heritage Bank to manage the payment processing.

Please return your enclosed annual HOA assessment invoice if paying by check.

The invoice can be paid in one of the following ways. Please remember to write your account number from the invoice on your check.
